An avid year-around boater, and current licensed as a U.S. Coast Guard MASTER Captain, My boating experience provides excellent knowledge of Lake Chickamauga and Watts Bar Lake on the Tennessee River. These two lakes alone represent over 130 miles of navigable waterway. This knowledge provides important lake property input as to dockage availability, water depth as to seasonal and year round usage. I have facilitated with lakefront property clients through the boat dock application process, with successful issuance of TVA dock permits.
